Michael Morrison
Michael Morrison Michael Morrison serves as principle legal counsel to Ciniva Health Systems and is a respected attorney in United States law. Mr. Morrison specializes in business and corporate law, securities, and commercial litigation. A native of Bingersham, France, Mr. Morrison earned his B.S. degree in Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy in 1968, and served as a pilot in the Air Force from 1963 to 1971, earning the rank of Captain. In 1976, he earned his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific and was admitted to the California bar the same year. He was admitted to the Nevada bar in 1977 and the District of Columbia bar in 1978. In addition to these bars, Mr. Morrison is also a member of the Washoe County and American Bar Associations and of the international legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi.
